I find it remarkable that universe has arranged a stunning Full Moon at 3° Aquarius for the final Saturn and Uranus opposition. The Full Moon is not just any full moon but, one that is directly related to a solar eclipse from a year and a half ago at 6° Aquarius on January 26, 2008. Saturn and Uranus each share a relationship with the sign of Aquarius. Saturn is the ancient ruler of the sign and Uranus is its modern ruler. Aquarius is a fixed sign of establishers where matters become rooted in society. Saturn's influence is to stabilize and fasten its ideals with a conservative interest, whereas Uranus has a radical and disruptive nature such as with revolts. Its revolts are most often based on a need for equality. How interesting that the political conservative philosophy is most likely to force a revolt back to its ideal of establishment. On the positive side Uranus brings revolutionary ideas common to scientific discoveries with its ideals ensuring freedoms through social consciousness and ecology. Uranus may push to aid the poor in order to create equality. This pair causes a dramatic shift from the ground up. To best understand the nature of the opposition between this pair one might imagine Saturn as rock grinding and breaking under the pressure of disruptive Uranus such as with earthquakes. Grand shifts and extremes are seen in those that are nature made and man made. Saturn and Uranus has reached the final opposition in this series of five such events beginning with the first which occurred on November 4, 2008, the very day that Barack Obama was elected to the U.S. presidency. Review recent history or reflect on how this pair had an impact on your life with the dates of the other Saturn and Uranus oppositions: February 5, 2009, September 15, 2009, April 26, 2010 and finally July 26 2010. The Saturn and Uranus aspect is huge, bringing events you least expect to emerge suddenly. The emergence can be both abrupt and caustic. This reminds me of a zipper quickly ripping open with sharp teeth cutting through anything in its way. Globally some things may be a surprise and other things have already surprised us. On a personal level you may be hugely restless and even aggravated with a strong desire to break out of what feels like a rut. Frustration is so high that you may ignore your need to be safe and secure and break away. Try to slow down enough to know these intense sensations will pass and you might regret how you jumped into uncharted territory. We would hope the stressful elements of this aspect were over however, the pair remains in some contact by parallel and contra parallel through October 26, 2010. The best times for taking action to forward your goals are Thursday at 7:46 PM, after Mars enters Libra, through Friday, July 30, at 10:17 AM. Begin again with a thrust forward at 4:41 PM on Friday July 30, through Sunday August 1, at 11:54 PM. I call these green light periods. With Mars igniting the mighty cardinal axis on Thursday when it enters Libra we can expect more fire and noise with outburst and shots fired. The level of accident prone energy is higher than usual. Mars sets off grand cardinal cross including, not only Saturn in Libra, Jupiter and Uranus in Aries, Pluto in Capricorn but the Moon's powerful nodes in Cancer/Capricorn. This may bring work to those who need it as well as attention to the jobs market in general. On a personal level you may feel more compelled to complete large task and motivated to take on new ones. There is a caution to use your words carefully and pick your battles. The urge to fight every issue is large. Do be extremely careful over the next couple of weeks but have fun at every chance you get. The Days of the Week in Moon Period Format

Transits WHY ARE SOME DAYS GOOD DAYS The level of ease or difficulty of a day is determined by the Moon's activity during its entire time it is in a sign which can last approximately 2.5 days. After the Moon changes signs, the assessment of the level of ease or difficulty can change also. The first thing to consider is the Moon's final aspect to a planet before leaving a sign which begins a void of course Moon period. Whether the aspect is favorable or unfavorable will determination whether it will be a good, tough or somewhere in-between type day for your endeavors. This is not how the day feels. That is something all together different. This defines the how things will work out if you do something of importance on a given day. You want to choose a day that is rated good for most business activities. Certainly if entering into agreement with anyone, you would choose a good day. Thoughtful purchases should avoid tough days and void of course Moon periods. Certainly if you are planning a trip you would choose a good to purchase the ticket for a travel date on a good day. A determination is made is based on the widely used Ptolemy aspects (0°, 60°, 90°, 120° and 180°) but there are a few more to consider; the 30° semi-sextile and the 150° quincunx. Also, I look for a parallel or contra-parallel (alignment in declination) as the final aspect of the Moon. These aspects are powerful and support a positive outcome. Parallels attract long term benefits and contra parallels allow for temporary assistance for a one time only form of support. This is an aspect that is seen when someone comes along to help you out of a jam. You will not find the void of course Moon periods calculated for these aspects in popular astrology calendars. I find these aspects to be especially important when a slow moving outer planet is receiving the Moon's last aspect. Planetary Stations - Retrograde and Direct Changes in Direction of Travel

A Moon sign period begins when the Moon enters a new sign and remains in effect until it leaves that sign. A Difficult Day can bring unwanted complications for the end result of your objectives. By choosing a Good Day and before the void of course Moon period, you increase you chances for a smoother and more favorable outcome. The day is rated by the last aspect from the Moon to a planet before it leaves the sign. That last aspect begins the void of course Moon period. Your activities are considered to be under the umbrella of the Moon sign that changes every couple of days. Days with the same Moon sign often carry the same day rating for the couple days the Moon occupies that sign. There some very important exceptions: These instances are referred to as a refranation, indicating that you are to expect someone to leave before you complete your objectives or the situation totally changes due to new and unseen developments or reversals.
