Don't miss out on the planetary aspects at the end of the Report to fill in the blanks on most days.
Many aspects, especially those involving slower-moving planets, can influence several days, especially when approaching their exact date. Many will last for days beyond if the planets are moving very slowly.

  • Saturn hovers over the Moon's South Node bringing a need to conserve and practice preventative methods for practical reasons and health maintenance. There is a serious tone to most matters. However, Saturn has a sense of humor when approaching his work. Workers organize for consistency, protection and stability. Hard work is more easily accepted to grant both satisfaction and positive results. Hiring and firing are the tone over the next couple of months. Executive actions are highly scrutinized. Even though nothing comes easy you are more apt to be successful because your ability to focus is stronger. Your attention to details pays off as your finished work displays your talents.
There are several Good Days this week. Move full speed ahead after 12:58 p.m. Tuesday, right through next Saturday night.

    Transits: 2007 Good Days
The Good Days are once again hinged upon a decent aspect to Pluto in Sagittarius who acts as a hungry hound at the end of that sign, requiring you feed him and his litany of demands before tending to your own needs. Pluto's appetite for control and attention is like a bottomless pit. When other planets are very late in a sign then their symbolism has the last word as the transiting Moon forms its last aspect before leaving a sign. There are some exceptions when the Moon is in Libra and Aquarius it forms an aspect of opportunity, sextile to Pluto; while in Aries and Leo the Moon forms a harmonious trine to Pluto. Of course this applies when no other planet transits the final degrees of any sign or equal in declination with the Moon.
This week there are several Good Days beginning on Tuesday at 12:58 a.m. through Sunday October 7 at 1:28 a.m.

Moon "Out of Bounds - This Week - September 30 - October 4
Since the summer of 2001 the Moon has been traveling very high in the sky because its range in declination shoots beyond the 23°27' line at the Tropic of Cancer in the northern sky and beyond the 23°27' Tropic of Capricorn in the southern sky. The Sun reaches its maximum north or south declination at these two boundaries at the summer solstice and winter solstice. When the Moon travels very high into these out of bounds zones it is not only higher in the sky but we seem to have stronger emotional reactions to events during these times.
Here I will include the days of the month when the Moon travels out-of-bounds in declination:
Starting for the Month of July 2007, the Moon travels out-of bounds during these periods:
  • June 26 - 8:30 p.m., through July 1st at 10:00 p.m.
  • July 10 - 7:00 a.m. through July 14 - 8:30 p.m.
  • July 24 - 3:30 a.m. through July 29 -8:00 a.m.
  • Not again until August 6 - 11:00 a.m. until
        August 11th, 6:00 a.m.
  • August 20-25
  • September 2-7
  • September 16-22
  • September 30 - October 4
  • October 14-19
  • October 27-31

    MOON/SUN MIDPOINT CHANGES INFO

Try looking at your surrounding circumstances through the view of the Moon and Sun midpoint.  This is the point where you meet others halfway or the point of collaboration. It is a marriage point of sorts – or a merging or compromising point.  It may help to learn what energy promotes this agreement point between family members, other people or companies.  If a planet is adversely situated by square or opposition to the midpoint then this indicates difficulty situated by a square or an opposition to the midpoint then this indicates difficulty coming to agreements or obstacles in the path.

These midpoints do not follow an obvious pattern and will fall out of zodiacal order when the Moon crosses over the opposition point at a Full Moon.

People are more open and direct with one another with creative ideas when the midpoint travels through fire signs (Fire Signs - Aries, Leo and Sagittarius).

People are secretive with one another operating with hidden agendas when the midpoint travels through water signs (Water Signs- Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces).

People tend to be more social and intellectual when this point travels through air signs (Air Signs - Gemini, Libra and Aquarius).

People are more practical and methodical, and are able to function in a traditional, cooperative and goal oriented manner. Money and business is important especially with Taurus and Capricorn. Service and the task is the goal with Virgo midpoints. (Earth Signs -Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn).

article on Refranations as they are an important astrological event marker.

    New Weekly Feature
For ease of reading the details of each day, when available or appropriate, follow the daily summary.

A Day Rating is not intended to describe the feeling of the day or how you will experience that day but offers clues about the end results to your activities if you chose to take a specific action during that Moon sign period.

A Moon sign period begins when the Moon enters a new sign and remains in effect until it leaves that sign. A Difficult Day can bring unwanted complications for the end result of your objectives. By choosing a Good Day and before the void of course Moon period, you increase you chances for a smoother and more favorable outcome. The day is rated by the last aspect from the Moon to a planet before it leaves the sign. That last aspect begins the void of course Moon period. Your activities are considered to be under the umbrella of the Moon sign that changes every couple of days. Days with the same Moon sign often carry the same day rating for the couple days the Moon occupies that sign.

    There some very important exceptions:
  • When a planet changes signs, the day rating can change.
  • When a planet changes direction, the day rating can change.

  •
These instances are referred to as a refranation, indicating that you are to expect someone to leave before you complete your objectives or the situation totally changes due to new and unseen developments or reversals.

Dear Weekly Report Readers: While some of you seemed to really enjoy the new color-coded table format for the Report, others did not. However, when we dropped the table format, alas, others protested! So we are still experimenting and for this week have decided to combine the two flavors, in both a simplified, narrative form, as well as the spreadsheet form. Please let us know what you think.

       Aspects for the Week

    MOON ENTERING GEMINI (3rd Sign) - Sep 30 2007
The next couple of days when the Moon
travels through Gemini, people tend to be more curious, talkative and restless. There is more mental activity during this time. There is a lot of moving about and scouting around town for errands, short trips and visits. It is a good time to gather information although you need to check your sources for errors and material based on hearsay as talk is abundant but not all always reliable. Topics regarding siblings can be an issue or their may be visits between them. Children are more vocal. It is time to write note and the desire for writing your thoughts down is strong. It is a good time to connect by making calls, answering letters and the like to catch up with communication needs. People may lack sensitivity and just say what ever is on their minds when the Moon is in Gemini. As long as you keep things light and lively everyone should have a good time. If you are particularly thin skinned then you may select your company more carefully. There is a need for variety. To make the best of the Moon in Gemini you might want to spend more time listening to learn more than you expected. Good time to weed your garden and plant nothing. If you are a Gemini, matters tend to go your way.

MOON GOES VOID OF COURSE AFTER OPPOSITION PLUTO (3rd Sign to 9th Sign) - Oct 2 2007

    MOON ENTERS CANCER (4th Sign) - Oct 2 2007
The Cancer Moon is a nesting time but not reclining. There is a desire to retreat and protect one's vulnerable underbelly. The baby side of people surfaces and emotions are highly visible if you are at all able to get close enough as very often people are "crabby". This is a time to nurture and find a way to nurture yourself. People stick to their clans and cliques being less likely to socialize with outsiders and seem to be comfortable with close family members. When you are appropriately placed you can obtain insider information. Matters of saving and providing for necessities are concerns. Food preparation and shared meals are more important. Matters of cash as related to security, real estate and patriotism are Cancer matters. Issues involving dependency or defensiveness are likely to arise with the Moon here. What people need to survive also takes precedence. Headlines are more dramatic than usual. This is a great Moon for planting vegetables and the most fertile sign of the zodiac. This is considered the best time to plant fruits and vegetables and general planting. If you are a Cancer, matters tend to go your way. Enjoy family dinners and nestle in with a loved one.

MOON GOES VOID OF COURSE AFTER PARALLEL MARS (4th Sign to 4th Sign) - Oct 3 2007

    MOON ENTERS LEO (5th Sign) - Oct 4 2007
A Leo Moon can bring sunny and cheerful moods, but this can be a demanding couple of days for your business and personal life. This is a time for "the show" or a presentation. Issues in various areas of life can be showy in nature and then the spot light is waiting for the "show off". At times if negative aspects occur there can be an abundance of arrogance with a stubborn streak. On a positive note it can be a time when your confidence is up and you are able to stay on track with a goal in mind. Pride may become an asset or liability. These couple of days work best if your express your love and appreciation for those around you and remembering to offer praise. Your generosity can be contagious as enthusiasm inspires an air of good will. It is a time when your actions are closely scrutinized as if on stage. Making every effort to be well informed and prepared in all around activities even if today is not show time, as the Leo energy may not be forgiving of faux pas. This is a good time for having interaction with children or investing time in your creative projects or anything you might consider your "baby". The children in your life are a source of joy but may need your undivided attention. Maintain a balance for love given and received. If you love it, then show it. Plant nothing since it is the most barren. Good time to tidy the garden for show. If you are a Leo, matters tend to go your way.
